Love this place! I have been eating here since I was a kid and it never changes. The food is always so great, and the best comfort food. I would recommend anything on the menu, the smashers (potatoes) are to die for.. I also love the meatloaf. You can never go wrong here, and it is so cheap.

I've had C.R. Chicks at another location before so I was familiar with the menu but it being a few years ago, I had forgotten how delicious, affordable and satisfying the experience is! I walked in for lunch to go on a weekday and it was shortly before noon, not too busy but clearly picking up as the minutes tick by. I ordered the chicken thighs with cucumber and mashed potatoes! The chicken was super moist and so flavorful. You know how sometimes after eating chicken you feel weighed down and just not here for the rest of the afternoon activities?? You don't get that with C.R. Chicks, you get a delicious and filling lunch that is under $6 in most cases. Definitely worth the visit over!

Rice and beans is to die for. Fast service. Friendly. Great roasted chicken and chicken sandwich is also soooo good. The sandwich has the perfect amount of mayo with fresh tomatoes and lettuce, and chicken directly from the roasted ones being cooked.

I went there yesterday because I couldn't find Panera. Well their loss was my gain. I had a salad which was very good. I would have given 5 stars but as I sat and watched the staff drinking from a cup (which was correct) you can't do that and pack someone's food.... Employee Practices... we are watching...

Ok so we ate here about 2yrs ago and it was nothing special so we never went back ...until 4/30/2015...wow what a surprise ....chicken was great a little smokey for my taste but was fresh. .moist and they cut it perfectly ...the mashed potatoes were Killa ...and I'm not a big potato fan but these were a different story ...so to say the least we were pleasantly surprised ...glad we gave it another shot ...

When you open the door and catch wind of the rotisserie chicken you will know you are home. It's small so it makes for a great take home place but my family of three is comfortable here, and service was very fast. The Smokey is a chicken penne pasta that is incomparable. The smoke flavor is strong and I could eat it for days. Horseradish smashers are a nice break from garlic mashed potatoes with a very subtle flavor, not spicy. The green beans are tasty and softened but not soggy.

If you want a good solid take-out place for chicken this is it. While they have a few other options ( gazpacho ) is one I love, chicken is the star. My son loves the pasta in cream sauce with chicken. The sides are good and overall the quality and price are right on point. While you can eat in, I think this is a better take out spot. Lunch in side is fine but not really a sit in dinner spot.

One of the best places to eat in West Palm. The food is incredible and the price is great. The staff is incredibly friendly and always has been from the minute this place opened. The owner is great, too. I've been going to CR Chicks since I was a little kid, and my go-to (and arguably the best item on the menu) is the "Smokey" -- the smoked chicken with penne pasta. Tons of food with a very rich flavor that will leave your mouth watering and wanting more. Chicken is moist and almost falling off the bone. For sides, the best ones are the mashed potatoes and the carrots. The cookies are pretty good for a dessert choice. Definitely a must-visit for a trip to Palm Beach.

My usual go to for a quick dinner. Newly added Mac N Cheese is wonderful and creamy. I usually get the chicken, and never once did it let me down. Love the mash also. Staff is always friendly and surprisingly attentive for their young age. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the product.

I don't like the chicken. It doesn't really have a taste. What I do love is the service, potatoes, cookies, and just about everything else. The chicken just taste very bland.

love this place! all the food I have tried has been delish, always great and quick customer service! I usually get the pulled bbq sandwich and mashed potato! the portion is huge. the other day I tried the chicken sandwich due to staffs recommendation which was equally as tasty.

Got there in the evening. Didn't know what to get, but the girl behind the counter was friendly, energetic, and helpful. I got a chicken breast sandwich, which had breast from the bone, and was not a pre-formed patty. It was delicious and a good size sandwich. It came with my choice of one side, and I got the pasta primavera salad, which was delicious and ultra fresh. The roll was soft and flavorful. I was a bit hungry, so I also ordered a Caesar salad, which was good, but not great. It included romaine, dressing, croutons and parmesan cheese all tossed. It was a good size portion. Next time I'm there, I'll try the rotisserie chicken. The prices are reasonable and the chicken is great.

I was skeptical at first from the look of the place, wasn't sure of what to expect. Ordered the chicken sandwich and it was the best one I have ever had in my life... They took half of a fresh rotisserie chicken and placed it on a soft fresh sub roll and added lettuce tomato and mayo to create this masterpiece! I got a combo with a drink and a side( I got the pasta salad super yummy) and it was VERY reasonably priced! I will be going back frequently!

CR Chicks seems to have a pretty incredible following in Palm Beach. With a few locations that have garnered good foot traffic over the years. When it comes to a great batch of Rotisserie chicken....CR Chicks is a fantastic option. While there is space for seating, I dont really get the vibe of "come in and eat here" from the spot. It's a tad bit small, but the smell of the rotisserie overwhelms you when you step in the building. Comfort food should be written on the door. The chicken is definitely the star of the show even though they offer a number of pretty unique sides. And while the star is tasty, it seemed maybe .75 over priced. Good.....but not great. I was really impressed by the cashier who noticed that I was new and offered a free drink since it was my first time there. I think this is a great touch. I would go back.

The owner and staff are very friendly. The chicken was fresh and the rice and beans are delicious. The store does not seem very clean. I dont think I'll be visiting again but its not the WORST place on earth.
